Poor Service from Vuma
This is the worst service i have ever received in my entire life an agent from Vumatel assisted me on the 5th of this month and she made a mistake with my address since then i was promised the matter would be attended to even her manger can not resolve the issue for me to get the fibre i had paid for i have been **** to given empty promises daily for the to rectify my address has taken them 3 weeks yet it has not been rectified this is really stressful as i work with internet i needed to get installation done thats all i wanted plus i have paid for the service all they do is to do the same error made by the agent whom spoke to me at first i have lost faith in this now

I come back to provide feedback on my query on Vumatel. I had on my first reply mention Pinkie Ndlovu the agent whom assisted me with kindness i would like to add her Manger whom i left out she was in the four front of the cross fire whom had to consume my frustration and had picked an agent to deal with a frustrated client at the time i thank you Zanele for not taking things personally. I was very hard on her because i felt the service was unfair however she didn't stop there she picked Pinkie whom i wish her all the best in her journey of being an sales agent at Vumatel and a warm thank you to the techs dispatched by Zanele yesterday the guys where kind and assisting i wish Vuma can keep up with the service i received at the end of every disappointment i had at first thank you team
