Poor service from one of your Consultants

I received very bad service from one of your consultants named Ernest. He has no training what so ever on how to deal with clients. l asked he to explain something to be and that turned into something else. Previously l had spoken to a lady named Dineo and she was very helpful. I greatly appreciated her assistance but this Ernest guy really needs some training. Zero knowledge of whats happening. Please provide proper training for your customer care agents. It really puts a bad name for the business.
