Poor service ever👎
I really regret why did I canceled my contract with Telkom just for Vuma😣.They promised that i will be connected on the 10th May 2024, Thier guys came and put the pipes only since Wednesday until today they never come back no communication nothing. When i followed up with them on their WhatsApp line they said I must wait, the installation it takes about 7-14working day. I don't recommend anyone to take Vuma.

11 May 2024, 13:45This matter was escalated already on the 10 May 2024 after the Vumatel guys left the work undone. Today is the 4th day no response, no communication nothing. What is the hold up exactly? I don't want to lie im so disappointed, i really didn't expect this from Vuma..
