Poor service

Horrible service. When using mobile phone linked to home wifi Network is slow and buffers and freezes. Horrible. I have a contract for 100 down and 50 up...but speed is reduced to 40/ 30....apparently they say no throttling...right??? Can't wait for contract to end.
