Poor service does not start to describe it!

Useless service. Do not sign up. You are far better off with Adsl services. First off took months to get vumatel to activate the line after installation was done by last mile provider. Currently stuck with unuseable internet which seems to drop completely intermitendly. Speed is dead slow, dont even think of streaming cause browsing is like pulling teeth already. No feedback on email queries between afrihost and vumatel. Useless reponses are provided to queries. Speed test on vumatel portal does not work. Cant get an internet connection direct from cpe box even after having all power down for hours on end. Was instructed to do speed test by afrihost via router and direct to cpe. Beyond the point of useless and I am seriously considering cancelling the service at this stage. And I am not repaying the installation cost or the useless router that afrihost provided. Cant get a full wifi signal from the router which is in direct sight and within max 15m distance. Pathetic does not start to describe these *********** infrastructure and service providers. Worst off all, our neighbourhood is now stuck with this poor infrastructure. Once again a monopoly on infrastructure with uncompettative pricing available by service providers due to pre-fix pricing set by the infrastructure provider. Send technician urgently or I am forced to cancel!!!!
