Poor service

I’ve had my internet down for almost 24 hours now I’ve been calling and I’m always told that technicians are on site trying to fix the problem, how long does it take to fix connectivity issues , I’m working from home that’s the reason why I got this network , it’s a huge inconvenience cause I am put on bed rest I should not be moving around a lot
