Poor Service Delivery’s

My partner installed and paid for the wifi last week Thursday which was on the 2nd of April 2026, the guys came and installed the wifi. Those guys work under Vodacom because they were wearing their T shirts, when we asked them about the password for the wifi they reassure us that they will send him an sms which they did but that password was incorrect. Since last week Friday we have trying to call them and resolve the issue but they not helping us, we have been patient with them but now I am frustrated. Imagine we moved from another wifi service provider to try Vuma and then they treat us like this, I regret signing up with them
