Poor service delivery

This is one of the newest brand to hit the market however guys truly its the poorest in service delivery they take your money and then you can get a hold of them.... I paid the fill amount they asked for on the 28th of February 2021 however only received my fiber installed on the 23-04-21 two months later an now 72 hours as passed an it's not activated no pin no user name called numerous of times they blame the ISP when I do contact vuma on Facebook which is the only place an the ISP supersonic blames vumatel... I'm trying so hard to have my fiber up an running because I work from home it's costing me more to buy data an airtime contacting these guys... People stay away
