Poor service delivery
I have paid for my Vuma fiber wifi to be installed on the 2nd of April 2025 , to date the installation has not taken place,every time I enquire, I get told that the installers will call me, yet no one calls it's now the 12 of May and still nothing, but yet I have paid, this is so unfair, what kind of service is this....
