Poor Service delivery

Vumatel is the most useless network for Fibre as they don't have a sense of service delivery. When they want your sales it happens instant but to fix a problem no one is able to assist you. I have been waiting for more than 2 days for the internet to be fixed they keep sending tickets ut no response till date.
