Poor Service Delivery

Our internet line has been down for 6 days now and have had no feedback or undate from vumatel or afrihost. This is not acceptable as the entire country is working from home. I am not standing for this sort of service delivery. I want this to be restored today and if no-one is going to give me any feedback or update this will not be the only platform that i will be addressing this poor service delivery from.
