POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

False promises yet again, vumatel why so you call and promise that your installer will come on Monday? Then in Monday it's Tuesday morning?!! I still have not been connected and now your installers phone takes me straight to voicemail Please rather cancel your service and refund me once and for all This is super POOR service I have ever experienced in my whole life..worse than government hospital Please cancel and refund my R250 I paid on the 07 February 2024 for nothing
