Poor service delivery

To cut a really long story short, it was disaster from the beginning. Firstly having the wrong router installed in my home, then getting pushed from Web Africa to Vumatel for trying to get my issues resolved. I've contacted them multiple times via whatsapp and even sent emails with regards to this, however nothing as come out of it. Now I'm left without a connection as it says my "incorrect password" and another query was logged but the technicians decided to close my query without making any contact with me. I've waited 48 hours and still no luck yet payment goes out on time, monthly. There as been no issues with the fibre itself but the service I'm getting for trying to sort out the mess that was caused by one of your installers is very pathetic. I hope that going this route will finally get my problem resolved and I can possibly recommend Vumatel in the future.
