Poor service delivery

Last month I was disconnected from the wifi .....i launched a complain which they could only fix after 2 days.......i had 5 days left before it expires .....they did not even give me back my 3 days I have lost since it was not my problem .....I paid in full so I needed my 29 days due to me as indicated in the agreement......so disappointed with such service and they even ***** the network, it is less than 20mbps as indicated on the agreement......the problem is they are not changing their ways ......i used to rate them and recommend them .....i am a loyal customers but their service is not up to par
