Poor Service delivery
Vumatel Fibre, Im struggling with this service provider from Saturday, dont get any joy the dont work on weekends and I left it Monday still no Technician today is day 4 that I cannot use my Uncapped internet connection from Vodacom through Vumatel and they just keep on saying they will sort it out.
This is Very poor Customer service so Im paying for a service that is non existend?
No Whatsapp number to contact if you phone them you wait hours for them to answer and no location where I can visit them in Mokopane
