Poor Service delivery

Vuma and new planet have poor service my wifi was working only for few hour's and it gave me problems i cant connect to the wifi at all what an inconvenience, Ive been making calls and getting promises that it will be fixed but nothing is happening, four guys promised to come and fix my problem but I'm not getting any help this is bull**** honestly .

I feel like I wasted my money should have chose something better.
