Poor Service!!!!!

We have been cut off since Monday. We have tried to log in calls to complain about the issue of the wifi. I am staying in Braamfischerville. We use wifi to work and do many other things. This is the 7th day and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. The live chat box on WhatsApp is not working also instead they give us a link to see how many areas are affected. They really do not care about their customers.
