Installation was done 14.10.2024

Till to date the line is inactive...

Every time I follow up on the matter, the agents will advise me that the matter has been escalated and yet you spend days without being assisted and yet the escalation has been made.

I'm so disappointed that the matter is over a month and still not resolved even today.
