Poor service

I have been disconnected from the internet since last week Thursday, today it's day 7 without the internet that I paid for. Flycool and Vumatel don't seem interested in helping me. They've been telling to reboot my router and that is not helping. Now they are not responding to my texts and I can't call them because their number is always busy. I don't know what to do anymore because getting hold of them is difficult and I'm struggling without internet connection.
