Poor service

I called previously with the pending allocation and I was given another easy pay number and I went and paid still they is no internet. I have paid twice already with no services and I am not really happy about your service as you guys tell me vodacom should help and vodacom tells me the same. Please resolve this issues and it's costing me. I am working from home and I already spend more than R1000 on data while I made 2 payments with you with no resolution. Please assist and give me a way forward or refund me my 2 payments and see where I can get a better service.
