Poor service

Good day Very bad experience appalling service I've received from vumatel since router connection. Internet is always down and they do not follow up on any complaints to let client know that they are attending to your situation. I actually give them A BIG ZERO for their service. Up today we still waiting for connectivity for more than 48 hours.
