Poor Service

I have been having connection problem since the 8th of April and have been told on their WhatsApp page that my issue has been escalated to the Technicians and they will get back to me, and still today nothing and no communication from them, no direct contact number except one for sales where they are quick to answer but when you have issues with their network no one comes to rescue, I'm using the fibre for business and it's been suffering because I must always pop up data
