Poor service

Good day,

I will like to lay a complaint about vumatel services which are very poor last year I opened an account via a consultant that goes house to house gave me reference number to pay and I paid R395 at makhetha pick n pay and I was told I will receive an email with the password but nothing happened talked to several people and even a supervisor via the call center but still no joy.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated I have been having this problem for a long time please help me with the internet services I paid for or give me a refund.
