Poor service by Vumatel

On the 5th of August 2023 vumatel installed the WiFi at my parents house, the gates are always locked,the guys who are I talking after they left the pair of Adidas sneakers were gone. I reported the matter and was promised that they will come back to me, no one came back to me. I reported the matter on Hellopeter, Vumatel responded and requested my address to come and investigate till today no one from vumatel has came to me and not even a message of apology I have received. I need my sneakers and justice has to be made. This means Vumatel does not care about their customers
