Poor Service by Vuma/ Vodacom
Their network is very good in my area but their service is very bad, I cancelled Vuma in July due to bad service when it comes to getting in touch with them... And on the 19th September I requested a reconnection and paid that same day, today is the 26th September and I've been calling both Vuma and my ISP Vodacom but still no progress on the matter

01 Oct 2024, 17:57I am an even unhappier customer, I did send a proof of payment on the 27 September, then sent a follow-up message on 30 September but till today no one from either Vuma or their ISP Vodacom and my line is still suspended. Wow their service really sucks...

03 Oct 2024, 12:26Today is the 3rd October, still there is nothing tangible Vuma asked for my email.. which I sent yesterday and again today but no call or follow up of any kind. I'm now really frustrated because I don't even know where to report them

04 Oct 2024, 09:17Vuma reach's service is the worst, since the 19th September until today I'm still not connected, they would just send email requesting POP, address and I would send after that they're quiet... It's enough now, it's like am begging for free services. No way guys I've paid already and there is nothing wrong with Vuma admitting if they don't have capacity or no longer want to offer us service... If that the case please refund me and cancel my service for. This is seriously frustrating!!!!!
