Poor service by supersonic and vuma

Still struggling with my wifi it's been months they keep SENDING imaginary techs out to come look at my router still happening yesterday I had no wifi I showed supersonic the proof they tell me they can't assist me because it's not happening at the moment must be convenient for my wifi connection to disappear at night after 8 or weekends when no one can assist me poor service just disgusting!!! Wouldn't even give them a 1 start
