Poor service at Vumatel

I am Mr Ratheepaul and I have vumatel fibre PX-1***. The service at vumatel is so poor that I cannot pay my instalment to get my wifi going. Its becoming irratating that the company that supplies us with internet cannot get their system up and running to pay yoir bill to get wifi. I cannot understand their problem and mind you its the long weekend ahead. The service is poor to non existent. Cant wait to change.
