Poor Service and misinformation.

As a new customer who received referral from someone using Vuma services, to say I'm appalled would be the least. The registration process was fast and efficient, payment was made as per constant reminder just after doing the application. I have never experienced such a slow and terrible service, I ordered a fiber line, which was installed on the 27th of November, yet it remains inactive. Despite contacting the contact Centre and the technician who performed the installation, I still don't have a resolution.

I have been informed that the maintenance team needs to investigate the issue, but no one from that team has reached out to me, this has been an extremely disappointing experience and I would not recommend their services to anyone, not even my worst enemy, For two weeks, I have been bounced from one excuse to another with call Centre agents providing inconsistent explanations, I have wasted both my time and money trying to resolve this issue without any success. I am now requesting that Vumatel cancel the installation and refund me so I can find a reliable and efficient service provider.
