Poor Service and Customer Support
I am having bad service with this guy now i just don’t understand what went wrong, I am having a poor speed connection and i can’t even send text messages on WhatsApp yet i pay R399 every month for 20mps but I can’t receive that. I have reported this matter numerous times but no one is helping me even the router over heat from time to time, i am really fed up with this service now

21 Feb 2025, 11:29I have did that so you think i would just communicate with you vuma without communicating with my isp i did that and they said changing of router will be done by you guys Vumatel this router you gave me overheat
