Poor service and customer experience

Worst company ever, I am trying to set up fibre with them for the last two weeks, spoke to many agents on the Watsapp group who takes forever to respond to messages, I am still waiting for them to help me, they don’t have any direct line number, Watsapp service dependant which is the worst Watsapp service experience, if you thinking of joining them, please take my advice and don’t!!!
