POOR SERVICE

I have experienced the worst service with Vuma fibre. I have not had any connection from the 9th of December 2022 every time I complain on the WhatsApp chat or call their customer service they keep on giving different ref numbers and I am being sent from pillar to post. It is almost end of December and they were quick to debit my account but have not resolved my connection issue. I am even considering changing to Rain or Telekom because Vuma is just a **** that takes peoples money and not deliver any service.

Where can I request the ISP because every time when I’m chatting to your agents I’m told that my ticket has been closed by Vumatel even though my issue still has not been resolved.
