Poor service

I have been without wifi for 8 days now 🙁 There is no way of contacting then except through the WhatsApp agent and they are 0 help at all. When payment is due they take 1at but now they refuse to fix the fault. All they tell you is that's it's been escalated nothing further.

You speak to a WhatsApp agent of web africa and they tell you not even they have contact numbers. How do you start a partnership with people you can't talk to. Very arrogant whatsapp agents.
