Poor Service

Good day,

This is honestly unacceptable.

Vumatel is using Web Africa but they keep pointing fingers and blaming Vumatel and so is Vumatel pointing fingers to Web Africa.

Both providers proving to be incompetant!

A order was placed for installation , more than a week later Vumatel techs made arrangements , they did not honor the booking confirmation x2! Emails to prove same!

After a big fight eventually they went out , 3 hours late may i add - weeks have passed again and still we are STILL NOT active.

All web africa keeps saying is Vumatel is busy requesting a linne release ?

How long can that take honestly , we are not getting proper feedback or eta's but you were quick to take the money! No one answers any phone lines , live chats are most certainly not working.

Emails are not helping , wow this is what you call service and that for a new client ???

I will be leaving a review on Hello Peter as well.

This is poor poor service !!!!

Unacceptable ! You guys are not honoring your side of the contract / deal which is to provide a service. The service has not even been activated but the money has been taken

I suggest someone gets back to me with factual time frame of when this line will be released and activated.

This is the least you can do!!!!
