Poor service

On the first of July I app**** for WiFi through vuma then the very same day inthe evening I got a massage from the agent so now I gave her an address only to find out that address is not the correct one acknowledging to my mistake then texted the agent saying my address is incorrect the one that I gave you then she ok did you pay I said yes I did then she said ok I will escalate it ok so now I’m following up the matter chatting with one of the agents on WhatsApp palesa she she is unable to leave care my funds after giving her my proof of payment it’s very useless of you cannot get help from a big company like this the service is poor the agent they don’t do an extra mile and they don’t follow up on things
