Poor service

sADV is the worst service provider ever, you can only communicate with them via WhatsApp, then they take 1 day to reply and forever to assist, My WiFi has been down since Sunday and I have not been assigned anyone to help and even, I have since waited for assistance in ***. They too quick to cut off their services thru don’t even wait for a day to pass from the day I pay fo my WiFi. Can we please be assisted, we have people who need this WiFi as they work from home, Poor service and it’s annoying
