Poor service

Good day , I initially made contact with Neo Sekoane requesting for the wifi.She coerced me then to make payment , even texting me via WhatsApp.I then did the deposit after the address was confirmed , I also mentioned that I cannot take calls during working hours.I also sent her a whatsapp message from my mother's number , and my mom requested a call from them for installation they then sent numerous emails saying the schedule for delivery failed.I then requested a cancelation for a refund , or for them to keep the money she then sent a screenshot of her then sending it to the internal department with my mom's number as an alternative number yet I kept receiving calls , when I'm doing imports and exports I am not allowed to be on calls.Clearly they also black mailed my mom with a ease of reference call , that they will call her and install it the following day yet they kept calling me during working hours which was not accepted , they are just greedy for sales with no delivery
