Poor service

Regarding the service of vuma it's very terrible, it sucks.. I've installed the router and still havnt gotten an access to internet connectivity.you call technicians, they are unreachable, few agents are consistent and making follow ups, still there's no change, something needs to be Done.... I. Can't stand this
