Poor service!!!!!!!!

My husband has paid for Vuma on the 30th of April 2025 and to date no one has came for installation.I see we are not the only one,there so many of us complaining about the same thing and nothing has been done.He has called several times for assistance but still nothing.At this point I believe that Vuma is a **** cos we paid our hard earned money for nothing…We could have tried an alternative that could be more efficient.Please come and install or pay us back our money..Don’t you get tired of bad reviews???Are you that arrogant????
