Poor service!

My biggest mistake was to have a Vuma routed again at my house! You guys are sooo inconsiderate, selfish and mean! It's been 2days in a row without connecting, I called and communicated with them but nothing! I haven't been working for 2days...yesterday it disconnected while I was in a zoom meeting, today again!! You guys are BAD!!
