Poor service

I paid for my subscription on Saturday the 5th of September 2026, the technicians came today they said I should dig myself it's their new policy. They charged me R300 I said I couldn't afford that and I hired someone who charged me R150 to dig. They said they'll come back before 2 those technicians but on the email, I received from Vuma I was scheduled for 4 o'clock. My cars are outside the yard because of the digging on my driveway and those technicians are no longer answering my calls. Now I have to pay someone again to fix my driveway for my cars to be inside the yard again.
