Poor service

It's been 2 days without connection, when I send WhatsApp they told me technician will call me, I'm working from home, today I couldn't work due to no connection, I guess even tmrw it will be the same, no reference number was given on my 1st,2nd n 3rd consultation only received Ref on my 4th consultant, I need connection ASAP or else I'm canceling the subscription
