Poor service

I logged a ticket through Telkom with Vumatel Support, Polokwane branch on Monday, 08 May 2023, to repair the defective optic Fibre cable in my yard. The ticket number IST-***. Vumatel dispatched a technician on Wednesday for the repair. The repairs were not executed, unfortunately. I received an e-mail from Vimatel, whilst I was at work on Wednesday stating the repairs were done. I rated the service positively without first checking if indeed the cable was repaired. I have followed through with Telkom again today. On Telkom system, the repair ticket was closed, whilst the task is not done.
