Poor service
Again no fibre activation for the 3rd time since August 2020. What seems to be the problem..Dates keep on changing and empty promises.

We’ve had some complications with the fibre completion work so there has been some delay. We looking at beginning with installs as of next week Wednesday.

Any news on installations? What seems to be the problem? On a daily basis i do go out on to the streets to see if any sign off Vox or Vumatel staff repairing or installing any goods and nothing, every day for the past 6 days. People are working from home and all struggling like i do no other sullotions were offered while we wait the long wait..
