Poor service

I have been struggling to update banking details with Flycool since the 20th of October 2021. No answer on their whatsapp line and also no reply on their email and there is no other means of contact besides social media. Eventually my line was cut because my deduction did not go off my new account. I get promised evrytime that a consultant will contact me but to no avail have ive been contacted. Im depending on the connectivity for work purposes but seems like Vuma and Flycool does not care at all.
