Poor service

Poor service and have been waiting since 26 May for installation to be done at 2 Finch Street, Eldorado Park Ext 9, Soweto, 1811. Order done with Afrihost and Vuma was appointed to attend. Appointment was for the 8 June but team could not proceed due to cable being to far from property. Manual call was logged from since no update done on the portal or follow up from Vuma. When you call no one listens and very unprofessional not having any empathy with me as a customer. Not sure if this was in Sandton if the same type of treatment would apply.
