Poor service

Purchased vumatel Fibre on the 28th of January they could not deliver the router due to that they did not have stock then they came on the 11th of February to install the router so since then I have been trying to reach them for a passport and no 1 is getting back to me I really thought it was a best choice o made but noo,they provided such a horrible bad poor experience for me I'm not happy at all worse I already paid and meaning I'll still have to pay again come next week,poor service 😢worse I spoke to 1 person from their department provided me with a WhatsApp number which is I'm always speaking to a non responding robot I am very missed that I want my money back and want them to come take their *******
