Poor Service

I have fibre for the past few months on debit order. All of a sudden Vumatel cannot debit my account (Money is available to debit) and cut the internet immediately. They send us a link to make payment which does not work, We are never able to get hold of someone over the phone to assist. Considering not reconnecting at all and moving to another SP.
