Poor service

Am sad to yet again to experience what I experienced the last time, I’ve logged a (no connection) ticket a week ago but no help received, called your Head Office but am being sent from pillar to pillar.Technician have stories each day. I guess this a lesson learnt to cancel my subscription 👎
