Poor service

Mind the Speed/Vumatel. A long and sorry story. I am on 100/100. My download speeds are 16 to 25 for months. Last month spent R200 and 6 hours on the land line with no effect. Vumatel have accepted that the fault is theirs with an overpopulated PON. Been going on for months. Asks you to do various tests then nothing. I believe the Technical Director is Kirsten Eddey. Not contactable. Characters involved are Serge Travis, Notiswe, Greta, Lelo, Mthoko, gomoso, Thato (cut me off), and tshepo (refused to call back as I was on the cell phone, land line not working. The star was supervisor Dineo who went to work at 10, lunch at 11, called back and it was a tea break, called back again and she had left the building
