Poor service.
I had the installation team come to my house on Monday. The internet is not working even today 20 February 2025. I had tried to call and email to have the team come sort it out but I'm being told to wait another 48 hours for someone to come. I have paid for this service by the way. This is very poor and unprofessional. Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend Vumatel to anyone.

Given what you have said earlier this truly shows how ***********, unprofessional and unorganized you guys are. You oparate like a government institution.
